FULLY CASED PILES
Fully Cased piles are constructed by forcing casing into soil untill designed final depth is reached, at the same time the excessive soil from the casing are removed. The reinforcement cage and concreting pipes are inserted into clean borehole untill its bottom. During the concreting the excesive soil water and mud are forced out. Then the borehole is fully filled with concrete, the casing and concreting pipes are partialy extracted and additional concrete is filled into borehole.
Baltpile can drill Kelly Casing piles of the following diametre: 620 mm, 880 mm, 1180 mm, 1500 mm, with lengh up yo 72,5 m.
ADVANTAGES:
- High construction quality;
- Complete absence of dynamic effects on soil base during pile drilling, virtualy vibration free drilling;
- Preservation of the natural composition of soils without impairing their physical and mechanical properties;
- Much higher bearing capacity than all other technologies;
- Low noise level during work.
